• A:Answer Probably about as quiet as a fridge this size can be. I have a stand-up freezer in the same room and I literally can't hear this fridge at all over the hum of that (which isn't as loud as some other fridges) unless I have the door open. The button press beeps are pretty calm and not too loud as well.

Q: QuestionWhy doesnt this make ice right out of the box? Water dispenses cold...no air in system good water pressure ...ice maker is turned on...yet unless i hit the test button nothing happens. Test buttn makes it dump ice and then refill tray.

• A:Answer I'd like to help with this! Typically we allow 24-48 hours after installation for ice production to begin. This is to ensure the internal temperatures are low enough to keep the ice frozen. Also keep in mind that pressing the "Test" button resets the ice maker and can delay ice production up to 24 hours. If your ice maker is still not producing ice after the full 24 hours, I recommend following the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/31noLMS. ^Jecca

• A:Answer We haven't had it very long but were told by other owners of stainless steel appliances that if you get the orange goo gone in the bottle and spray a little on it and wipe it off, it's brand new. We do not have kids but we do have critters (short ones with attitudes) and we haven't had a problem with them putting their front paws on it and scratching it with their nails. I am not sure if it is because of the orange stuff or because it is good quality stainless steel! We love the amount of room this fridge has!!! Good luck!!!
