• We haven't had it very long but were told by other owners of stainless steel appliances that if you get the orange goo gone in the bottle and spray a little on it and wipe it off, it's brand new. We do not have kids but we do have critters (short ones with attitudes) and we haven't had a problem with them putting their front paws on it and scratching it with their nails. I am not sure if it is because of the orange stuff or because it is good quality stainless steel! We love the amount of room this fridge has!!! Good luck!!!
