We are glad that you have decided to have a Samsung refrigerator as part of your kitchen arsenal. The water hose or hook-up is not part of the refrigerator package. Water line installation kits are available at extra cost from your retailer. We recommend using a water line installation kit that contains copper tubing and a 1/4" (6 mm) compression nut.
