As per checking, this Samsung refrigerator has a Control Lock feature. Its main functionality prevents accidental manipulation; you need to press and hold Control Lock for 3 seconds. It will disable all controls with the indicator (lock) on it. To deactivate, press and hold again for 3 seconds. Will enable the control buttons as usual.
