Q: QuestionIt seems that it generates a lot of heat on floor on the left side. It definitely warms up the room. Should we feel that much heat?

• A:Answer Its a refrigerator/freezer, it removes heat from inside to make it cold. The removed heat is then dissapated into the surrounding air outside the unit. The heat you feel is normal.

Q: QuestionMy RF28JBEDBSG has been buzzing, loudly, since it was installed. Even after it reaches the programmed temperature it still buzzes. Is that normal for this unit (seems unlikely, it is obnoxious) or is defect? Unit had been installed for about 10 hours.

• A:Answer The Best Buy Geek Squad is coming out next Friday to examine the fridge. They think it is possible there may be some packing material stuck in the fan on the rear of the fridge. Seems plausible as the noise can be heard from every room in my, albeit small, home. I even have a video recording of the noise if anyone wants to listen to it.

• A:Answer Seems to be big enough also has the upper solid basket that slides forward and backwards. Makes it easy to get things in and out. The temperature of the freezer keeps things at the correct temperature. We use the middle drawer for pop and water the pop cans stand up the water lays down can get many into it has it's own temperature control. After about 3 weeks we are very happy with our purchase.
