A:AnswerThe right door has the pull handle which opens the door. It also includes a "trigger" that will allow you to open only the outer door and gain access to the items stored in the door shelving on the right door. When we purchased the refrigerator, I thought that was a gimmick that we would not use. Turns out that we use it all the time to access the items in the "back" of the door shelves. The door shelving is deep enough to hold a gallon jug of milk, so when storing smaller liquid containers, the back row is harder to access. That is unless you use the outer door and now that container is right there in front!
A:AnswerGreat question, Benny! While we do generally recommend using the water filter, it is not required. In fact, you can simply remove the water filter, and a flap will automatically close to prevent water leaks from the water line. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI honestly don’t know. Perhaps you can from Samsung. There is so much room in this freezer, I’m surprised you need more. There are two shelves with lots of room. I am always surprised how much I can get into the top drawer. That shelf holds more than you would assume.
A:AnswerIn your owner's manual, there is a section on how to level the fridge. You would set up a level on the flat portion of the fridge facing front. Determine which side needs adjusting. You also need to check front to back. The front legs (corners) turn for adjustment. Be patient and make SMALL adjustments.
Hope this helps!

A:AnswerHi there,
I can help with that. Samsung suggest to change your water filter every six moths also depending on how much you use the water filter. The indicator on your control panel is on a 6 month timer so that you will not forget and no malfunctions with your features occur. The model number of your Water Filter replacement is HAF-QIN. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
