“Just bought the Samsung refrigerator with the food showcase door. Every time I go to open just that door I depress the little button go to open it and the bigger tends to want to open as well. Any tips for adjustments?”

What we've found is that you have to open the showcase door quickly as oppose to slowly. If you depress the little button and open the door slowly then the "bigger" or inner door tends to open as well. But if you depress the little button and pull the showcase door quickly then, most of the time, the inner door will not open. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I noticed the same thing. It seems to work best if you pull the door out quickly when opening the food showcase door, instead of opening it at a normal rate. I also sprayed a little silicone on the latch mechanism. Seems to work OK now.
