QuestionWill this frig fit in 35.75" wide space? My current frig is 35.5" with 1/8" space on each side.

- Answer No, the fridge itself is 35.75" wide. Also, you will need a 36.5" opening since the fans on the fridge is located on both sides near the bottom and not in the rear like the older style fridges.

QuestionWhat is the standard warranty that this refrigerator comes with? The sales guy mentioned something about possibly 10 years but I only see 1 yr?

- Answer The warranty cover 3 areas. 1. 10 years for the compressor 2. 5 years for the seal 3. 1 year for everything else.

QuestionThere is a slight give on the double door. When we open the entire door, we feel and hear a give in between both doors. Is this normal? Can it be adjusted?

- Answer We are experiencing the same issue of feeling a lag between double doors, the latch being loose in showcase door. We returned the unit and again have the same problem on 2nd unit as well. The store rep says it should not be like this but nobody has a solution. The refrigerators on display in stores are not like this. I think there is some fault in this line of refrigerators with this particular issue. I have to say even Samsung was not helpful when I contacted them to have service for this issue. We might switch to non showcase door refrigerator now.

QuestionIs the flow of the water average to fast? I would be disappointed if it came out extremely slow, which I have seen on another refrigerator.

Question1st Water filter included with purchase?does the first water filter come with the fridge when purchased. I know afterwards you will have to buy but didn't know if the first one was included.

- Answer This specific model does not, however, we are home all day every day, and have only run out of ice 1x, and had more ice within the hour. It is a mad machine at producing ice - we drink cold drinks all day and evening. Samsung does have another similar model with 2 freezers, one in the door and one in the freezer.

- Answer There is only the ice maker in the refrigerator. However there is an ice storage bin in the fridge as part of the ice maker.

- Answer When mine was first installed the water was working but even after a couple of hours there were only about 6-7 ice cubes in the bucket. So I thought I had a problem. After reading the manual here's what I did. Make sure the freezer is set at -2 or below. Then open the left 'fridge door and push UP gently on the front of the ice bucket then slide it out. No pressure should be required. Near the top, front of the ice mechanism on the right hand side there should be a small blue rubber patch. It's a actually a button. Press and hold it for a few seconds. Then restore everything and try to dispense some ice cubes. Then wait about an hour. You should now have ice. Worked for me! Good luck.

- Answer Hi Maria, it is recommended to have 2 inches on either side and the back has to have 2 inches between the wall and the refrigerator. ^Rosi

- Answer Yes. I had the refrigerator delivered and it comes with all of the handles off of the refrigerator. The installers assemble the handles after bringing in the refrigerator.

- Answer For freezer continue pressing the freezer button (repeatedly) until desired temp is met. Follow same steps for refrigerator by pressing the fridge button.

- Answer We initially experienced the same condensation dripping between the doors. I'm not sure why but the condensation stopped after the first week. We will occasionally see a drip or two on the top of the freezer door when we pull it open but other than that no problems. I have to say though that one thing that my family finds annoying is the ice machine. It seems to be woefully under sized and seems to be quite slow to produce and spit out ice into your cup.

QuestionTall cups and spilled iceCan large cups/water bottles fit without tipping? We have 24 oz Contigo water bottles and 32 oz big cups that we use often. We're tired of ice cubes going all over the floor and small mouth water bottles spilling water all over!

- Answer Hi Adubs, The water dispenser area on the RF28HDEDPBC is angled so it can fit virtually any size or shape container, but it's necessary to hold it in place while it fills. To prevent water or ice from splashing outside the container, be sure to hold the mouth of the container as close as possible to the dispenser water spout or ice chute until a second or two after releasing the paddle. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer I just measured and I got 67" height from bottom to top. Go into the store before you buy (Best Buy) and take your measuring tape like I did.
