QuestionMy showcase door always bounces back when I open it. I actually thought it was made that way, but after purchasing another one for my mother one year later hers stays open until she closes it no bouncing back . Is there’s a solution to this?

QuestionThe small push bar that opens the showcase door is thin plastic and something has broken where the door will not open. Any ideas or feedback on this problem? Anybody else out there experience this problem?

QuestionI push the handle button on the showcase door handle but the entire door opens, not just the front showcase door. It is like the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the main door in place.

- Answer The more you use it the better it gets. First few weeks that was happening to us too. But now it releases the showcase door only.

QuestionMy show case door sets down lower like it's missing a ring I called and paired for a replacement ring but it isn't large enough to hole the door up to where it needs to be I have to put a peice of card bord in between to keep it up what else can I do

QuestionWhy does this nice/expensive fridge have such a loud ice maker? About every 30-45 mins it makes a loud noise. Is there a way to make this quieter? Or make it so it fills ice at select times?

Questionwe just purchased the RF28HDEDBSR fridge. i looked up the filter for the water at samsungparts.com as the manual says. It says it needs model DA29-00020B filter, but bestbuy don’t sell it. I can’t find it online at bestbuy.com. Why don’t you sell it?

QuestionJust bought the Samsung refrigerator with the food showcase door. Every time I go to open just that door I depress the little button go to open it and the bigger tends to want to open as well. Any tips for adjustments?

- Answer What we've found is that you have to open the showcase door quickly as oppose to slowly. If you depress the little button and open the door slowly then the "bigger" or inner door tends to open as well. But if you depress the little button and pull the showcase door quickly then, most of the time, the inner door will not open. Good luck.
