Hi Romero, the ideal temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is 38 ºF (3 ºC) and -2 °F (-19 °C) in the freezer compartment. ^Rosi

Having worked in the frozen food industry I can tell this should be at or near for optimum for your needs. My fridge section is set at 35 F. but one has more options with the crisper drawers. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Why not use the factory defaults? If I remember correctly they are 0 degrees F for the freezer and 37 degrees F for the fridge. Seems OK to me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.-2 for the freezer and 38 for the fridge are the recommended values I found online. We have ours set to -3 and 36, after some trial, and seem to like it best there.
