A:Answer Geek Squad appliance specialist came out and did his best to fix my door problem. The technician 1) called before he came, 2) was right on time, 3) was very knowledgable, and 4) even wore shoe protectors in the house. (I was impressed). He corrected the height of the top right door (for the top to line up with the left door) and confirmed that the refrigerator was level, but agreed with me that there was no adjustment to align the gap (between the two top doors) or to adjust the right door from automatically closing when it was fully open. (Page 15 in the manual only refers to using shims to raise the right door height, and there is no mention of using an allen wrench for any adjustment). Having gallons of milk on the door did not affect the problem. However, technician's work did lessen the problem. Afterwards I further adjusted the level and glued a tiny piece of foam near the top hinge contact point of the right door to create some gentle resistance. Problem solved, but not per the manual. (In summary, as appliances get more sophisticated in features, the skill sets of the installers needs to keep up. Oh, by the way, did I mention that the this was my third delivered refrigerator for my purchase, because the first two showed up with big dents on the front doors?) But regarding the refrigerator, we are very happy with it! (And even though it took some patience, Best Buy / Pacific Kitchen did a good job of taking care of me).
