I'm happy to help with this. First, I'm providing this link (https://bit.ly/3i5UNoA) to the user manual for this model. Page 35 begins the section on operating the control panel. For this model, tapping the "Fridge" or "Freezer" buttons should adjust the temperature. If those buttons are not responding, it is likely the control lock in engaged. To turn the control lock off, press and hold the "Door Alarm" button for about 3 seconds. ^Jecca
