QuestionAre the doors flush (zero clearance)? The space I have to insert refrigerator is narrow so I need right door to be flush when open.

- Answer Thanks for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. I see your point when spaces are tight. If the door opens more than it should, it will get damaged and we don't want that to happen. I have included the general specification of the right door below. Right door fully open: 130°. Right side clearance with door completely opened: 13 2/8" (337 mm). Right door open 90°: 1 7/8" (47 mm) Right door open 90° with door handle: 3 5/8" (93 mm). I have included the link to the user manual. QuestionHas Samsung fixed their ice maker issues on the new French Door models or are we going to continue to have ice maker problems on the new Fridge? If they haven’t solved their ice maker issues I want to know before I waste my time.

- Answer On the Samsung you have to purge it. Fill 2 gillions of water and dump it out , that's so it wont leak , and the icemaker 2 cup of ice and dump it out and ours worked fine. Before we did that the water would leak and the icemaker would not work correctly. But you have to wait 2 hrs before you can do the water and 4 hrs before the icemaker.

Questionis there an tray that is suppose to go under the water/ ice dispenser to catch any water spillage from the drip or excess ice? Cause ours did not and we always have water or ice on the ground or water dripping down the front of the fridge.

QuestionHow do you clean the glass/plastic right on top of the drawers, I put a meat in a bag and didn’t notice that it was dripping blood and got into the sides of the top glass of the drawers and in the corners and I can not remove it to clean

- Answer You definitely have to hunt on the Samsung website, the link just takes you to their "find resources"... I am hunting now, as we have the same problem, and what I thought was 2 white tabs in the back on top of the glass that may flip up, I broke one off. That and the whole thing lifts and you have to unscrew the what panel that connects to the back of the fridge. In other words, cleaning the glass for this type of issue is going to be a major pain.
