“How do you clean the glass/plastic right on top of the drawers, I put a meat in a bag and didn’t notice that it was dripping blood and got into the sides of the top glass of the drawers and in the corners and I can not remove it to clean”

You definitely have to hunt on the Samsung website, the link just takes you to their "find resources"... I am hunting now, as we have the same problem, and what I thought was 2 white tabs in the back on top of the glass that may flip up, I broke one off. That and the whole thing lifts and you have to unscrew the what panel that connects to the back of the fridge. In other words, cleaning the glass for this type of issue is going to be a major pain.
