So i just ordered this one because i am going to exchange the one i got. I called customer service cuz i debated ordering the 32 cu ft one instead of the 27. But I saw the measurements on the listing and picture are conflicting. The 32 shows in the picture the depth of 36-1/4 but the listing of specs shows 33-7/8 without handles and 36-1/4 with handles. so here i am thinking from front to back its 33-7/8 and with the handles 36-1/4. Which is why i called. They measure depth without HANDLES without the door. stupid right?! lol. the thickness of the door SHOULD be measured as the base depth so that customers are not confused. THENNN if it has outward sticking handles, say the depth for that. But if it doesnt have handles that STICK out, dont show that number cuz in the end we know we can still open it, its just not jutting out. So if you look at the picture it is really 31-3/4" for the 27 cu ft...i hope lol. I'll know when i get the fridge. So that makes the handles stick out 4-1/2". Why, why, why is this not accurately? What tipped us off is the guy at BB initially ordered the wrong one without handles which was 6546220. we went to the store and couldnt figure out if we should just keep it and deal with it or look up something else. He wrongly said the counter depth one doesnt have handles...i said but i ordered handles. In the end he should have said something. I have arthritis on my hands and needed the handle. I got on the computer and found this one. Our wrongly ordered one, the 6546220 had measurements without handles which this fridge has none sticking out but on the top and bottom..sunken in the door. So thats why i called customer service and asked, are you saying handles are really the door? she said yes..lol. They need to think like a customer not whatever they want. lol. I really hope this fridge fits cuz i'm worried. lol. I'll let you know if any different. I really hate when things are not accurate...maybe they should hire me lol. ;p
