“Refrigerator installed Sat and the Ice maker is not dispensing ice cubes or crushed ice. Ice cubes are being made however. We tried all the recommended steps including test button and power cycle of the frig. The motor just does not make a sound - HELP”

The ice box in the fridge does not connect with the dispenser. This model has significant issues with the Ice maker
