No, you can't. There is no DisplayPort Output-Port or Thunderbolt tech under the hood. If you're interested in Daisy Chaining that MacBook Pro you're gonna want to look into Thunderbolt 3 Monitors

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.because the monitor has a mini DisplayPort input it can be used to daisy chain just like normal DisplayPort would it's the same protocol. However if you're using any weird converters and stuff I don't know if it will work or not. If you're using a good thunderbolt doc it should work though. Try to keep everything DisplayPort.
