There are three different font sizes that can be selected prior to typing the letters. To choose the size, press the "T" at the top right of the screen to indicate you're using the keyboard rather than the stylus option to write, then choose one of the three circles to the right of the memo pad indicating small, medium or large size font. Once you've typed in a particular size it can't be changed but you can erase and start over or use a different size for the next item you type. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung
