• Yes, the RF4289HARS can dispense either cubed or crushed ice, and you can switch back and forth simply by pressing a button on the control panel. Thanks for your interest, Ms. Samsung

• Yes you can have cubed or crushed ice. It's very easy to switch between either option on the touch screen

• yes, you can switch between the two very easily; occasionally, the crushed ice gets clogged and then you have to have some cubed ice dispense to clear the dispenser
