Thanks for the question. The Energy Saver feature disables the low-wattage heater between the doors on Samsung's French Door refrigerators which helps to conserve a small amount of energy. If there is enough moisture in the air in your kitchen to cause condensation to form between the doors of the fridge, then I would suggest turning the Energy Saver feature off. The best way to conserve energy is to keep the fridge and freezer closed as much as possible, avoid using the Power Freeze and Power Cool options if they aren't necessary, and keep the fridge and freezer set at or close to the recommended 38ºF and -2ºF, respectively, for this model. - Ms. Samsung
