“We purchased a RF28JBEDBSG/AA refrigerator in February 2019. The installer suggested we use the maker everyday or every other day. When we select CUBE we only get crushed ice. We have done all of the troubleshooting in the manual to no avail.”

My suggestion would be to return the refrigerator ASAP... you are just beginning to have troubles that Samsung can’t fully fix. When the warranty expires you’re on you own for hundreds of dollars for repairs. My ice maker has been “repaired “ with their latest fix every 4 - 5 months for 5 years..... all covered by the wonderful Geek Squad extended warranty that will soon expire. Don’t wait, get rid of the Samsung refrigerator!!!
