Seriously, went to samsungparts.com for black stainless steel touch up paint, only item available was for a manual. Seriously? After less than one year this finish should not be peeling. Ughhhh
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately I have been unable to locate a touch-up paint for the Black Stainless Steel appliance. The problem is that there is not one single color located in one spot on the appliance. They are achieving the stainless look by integrating several colors in a way to give depth to the finish. If a single color is used then the dimension is lost. I have read several different successful stories of individuals who have used several different techniques and colors to repair. Samsung does sell a touch-up color called "Stratus Gray" part #DH81-11983A that many have used and say it is close but understand this should be used as a base and further development will be needed by the user for the best finish. It is NOT the touch up color for Black Stainless Appliances, they do not have one to my knowledge.

Please try again later.My Black Stainless Steel newer stove is peeling also, called Customer care pros of Samsung, and they told me to go buy a can of spray paint from a big box store and repaint my stove. They almost laughed. I emailed the CEO, no good response. What a joke.

Every time I call they give me the wrong paint color and want to Chage 55 ish dollars. Black Stainless steel is the most common color. DON" BUY Samsung appliances they are garage. They wanted to sell me a new Microwave & Oven supposedly for a reduced price. Dume me I was so frustrated I did buy the Microwave thinking it was 1/2 price I only saved about 30.00 and did get free delivery .

I cannot find any touch up paint - they are 5 years old. My 4 door dual zone died at 5 years - My microwave was fixed 4 times - my dual oven the computer board was replaced 6 months in and the door. - dishwasher's motor went and was replaced. I replaced my refrigerator with a GE since my last one is 25 years old and still working. I went to Michaels and picked up some paint markers - going to see if they will help. My last oven was a Maytag and lasted 28years with no peeling. This is insane.
