I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with the Kitchen TV feature on your RF28HMELBSR. It's important that the Samsung TV is a compatible model and is connected to the same WiFi network as the refrigerator. If you've followed the step by step instructions on pages 53-54 of the manual, as well as the troubleshooting tips on page 110 and are still unable to connect, I would suggest calling 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you. Please note that some TVs have a limit to the number of devices they can connect to, so you may need to check the TV manual to determine whether the TV's device capacity has been met. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had the luck to get mine working but your HDTV should provide prompt asking you to allow the fridge to connect. Did you select he allow button on your HDTV?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told to go purchase a Samsung 6 series TV to get it to work. After spending $1300 on a new TV it sees the television but still get the error TV not available.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe it only technically works with the 6300 series of TV's. We have a 7000 series and it detects the TV, but it always says it's not available. Kind of strange the higher end TV's don't work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When it says connect, and stalls, i found that you have to run to the other TV and ALLOW it to be connected by a third party. Don know how I would have seen that as obviously you are at the fridge. Try that. And make sure your other TV is ON and connected to SAME wifi network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.FYI: 1st: The other samsung TV you trying to connect only works if you have a coaxial cable connected not HDMI. 2nd: Some older smart tv is not compatible with this fridge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
