• No, it doesn't tilt up or down. It is light enough that you can turn it from side to side. I wouldn't put it on a swivel for it might tip over.

• Sadly, there is no up/down option to tilt this on its stand. Side to side is only accomplished by moving the TV and stand, side to side. It is small and light, so no problem doing that.

• No stand is a fixed cannot swing. Have to install yourself with 5 screws.
