• yes I understand a separate wall mount kit can be purchased to mount it on the wall

• Yes, mounted it very easily. A lot lighter than the 24" LCD it replaced.

• The instructions indicate that it can, although I have mine sitting on top of a roll-top desk

• Yes. I have this TV mounted on the wall. I use a mount that can be angled or tilted.
