• YES, THE SAMSUNG 28" HD SMART TV HAS A WEB BROWSER. SONY AND SAMSUNG HAVE WEB BROWSERS. VIZIO DOES NOT. A CUSTOMER IN THE STORE WAS ABLE TO INFORM ME OF SUCH, AND MADE THE DIFFERENCE, WHICH IS WHY I BOUGHT THE SAMSUNG OVER ANY OTHER. GOOD LUCK WITH IT. AND, I RECOMMEND GETTING A WIRELESS KEYBOARD - $24.99 AT BEST BUY - OR ON AMAZON - WALMART, ETC...WILL WORK JUST FINE, TO EASE THE USE OF THE INTERNET BROWSER FEATURES. BEST WISHES!
