The television includes Wi-Fi, so that part is built-in. To connect, however, you need a wireless network in your house with Internet service and a modem. HDMI cables are required for connecting other devices, like Cable/Sat boxes, game consoles and Blu-Ray players to your television. If you want to use it as a monitor with your computer, your computer must have an HDMI output, and support 1080 or 720 resolution. Thanks for your interest in Samsung products. --Mr. S
