• Yes I see Time Warner TV app on there. But currently not the xfinity Comcast app. I There's various movie channel and media apps.

• It is downloadable from the Samsung App store directly on the Smart TV menu. It was not pre-installed but it is simple to do.

• Not at time of purchase but can be loaded online (smart TV capable). FYI, it does capture TV listings and times if attached to cable.
