If there is one, you's have to find it in the Samsung apps list and then see if it works with the camera. If there is a Samsung camera that is native for their TVs, then I'd believe there would be a Skype App. I don't believe that this TV would be limited in not being able to run the Skype app, so I think it'd be safe to assume that it would work. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6oj5AKI6cg&feature=channel_video_title
