I'm happy to help with this, joes97! While we normally recommend allowing 24-48 hours after installation for ice production to begin, the auto-fill pitcher should fill as soon as it is installed. But I have some things I believe can help with all of this. First, this link (https://bit.ly/3g2vWB1) can walk you through what to do if your ice maker is still not producing ice. I also have this link (https://bit.ly/2TAui1U) that has information on what to do if the auto-fill pitcher does not fill. Please try again later.Make sure both are turned on in the control panel i kbow the water pitcher auto fill default is off don't remember about the ice maker but once the ice maker is on it will be a couple of weeks to get started freezer has to get to the correct temperature and freeze the water
