I'm happy to help with this, joes97! While we normally recommend allowing 24-48 hours after installation for ice production to begin, the auto-fill pitcher should fill as soon as it is installed. Please try again later.Make sure both are turned on in the control panel i kbow the water pitcher auto fill default is off don't remember about the ice maker but once the ice maker is on it will be a couple of weeks to get started freezer has to get to the correct temperature and freeze the water
