A:AnswerAfter struggling with this issue for months my husband finally took the seal under the pitcher rim off, placed a rubber band, it where the seal was, installed the seal back over the rubber band and now it’s working great!
A:AnswerOn my appliance there is a drain below the auto fill pitcher housing. Unplug that and drain the water out. The wet sensor is stopping the water.
A:AnswerHi there,
I can help with that. The doors are removable by the installer for tight access into your home. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
A:AnswerI assumed you could remove the pitcher and fill other things. It seems to only fill the pitcher when door is closed. Have not figured out how to fill anything else, like a cup. Can't get water to come out when door is open. Looks like this one is going back and getting the one that does not have the pitcher. I thought they functioned the same, but looking closely at the water dispenser on the one without a pitcher it is a little different.
A:AnswerYes! I have done already that ( turn off the ice maker and still have the water pitcher fill up ). You can also call the manufacturer support or go on youtube.
A:AnswerOur brand new refrigerator, fully boxed up and covered with plastic wrap, did not have the handles in place. They were added once the refrigerator was in place in our kitchen. This made it easier to place it because of limited space between the cabinets and the island countertop.
A:AnswerGreat question! The refrigerator comes with a single water filter that supplies the pitcher, dispenser, and ice maker. Typically our water filters last around 6 months depending on usage and water supply. When it's time for a new one, the water filter model HAF-QIN is compatible with this refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerWe're sorry to hear about your hunger! While this refrigerator does not come with food included, it does have the ability to help keep many foods fresh for longer than if they were not in the refrigerator. Thanks for asking. ^Jecca

A:AnswerHello, the doors can be removed from the refrigerator. The refrigerator dimensions without hinges and door are 35 3/4" (W) x 68 7/8" (H) x 28 7/8" (D). You can view this information on our website Samsung.com under product specifications. We thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Lena
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, Peterj911! This link (https://bit.ly/3gwwrnW) will take you to all the currently available refrigerators from Samsung. I have used the filters on the side to select only the counter-depth, French Door models. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIce maker itself is mounted to ceiling of compartment, however you could easily tun off ice maker, remove the basket where the ice drops and use the extra space.
