Mine works but I've only had it for a week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look, most fridges need to have ice be used. If you stay a long time without ice, it may clog and, you know. If that isnt the issue, check your warrenty at https://www.samsung.com/us/support/warranty/ Most models have an Ice Off icon, which will light up when the ice maker is off. For ice production, change it so it's not lit. If you are not sure how to do this, see your user manual. Also, you can reset the ice maker. There is a Test button on Samsung ice makers. (Most models will require you to remove the ice bucket to view the ice maker.) Once you find this button: Press and hold the Test button until you hear a chime (which may take up to 10 seconds). The test takes about 6 minutes. During the test cycle, you will hear ice drop into the bucket and the water valve energize to fill the ice maker. At the end of the test, another chime will be heard. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was donig a research on this fridge, and actually I saw a video review in YT and the guy told that the ice maker kept frozen up and he had to make an appointment for fix. So, for sure, this has the same problem as all of them, I guess the engineers didnt find a way to correctly design it, or quality control is not good...
