Hi Dina, Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are happy that you were able to replace your water filter and now are back on track to drinking clean, filtered water. You need to press and hold the Filter Reset button on the main panel for 3 seconds to reset the life cycle detector. Then the Filter Reset indicator will turn off. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found it the hard way too. Press the Ice maker button for 3secs or so, it will reset. You may have to click the door alarm lock for 3 secs first before doing this.
