QuestionWhere is the ice bucket on the RF28HMEDBWW and how do I remove it for cleaning?The manual that came with the fridge mentions removing and washing the ice bucket but it's not intuitively obvious how one does this and the manual doesn't say.

- Answer It is in the top left corner of the fridge (the white box). There is a button underneath in the front that releases the bucket and then it slides out.

QuestionIf I need the doors taken off to get through a doorway, how do the drawers (middle and freezer) come out? Do they just come out like any drawer does? What about the temp pad and any wiring in the middle drawer?

- Answer I had them set up and deliver the unit and the guys just removed the doors. The fronts come off the drawers and the temp pad wasn’t an issue.

QuestionDoes anyone know the internal dimensions of the refrigerator and/or flexzone? I see they're 18.9 cu/f and 3.82 cu/f but I'm looking for width and depth (w" x d"). I.E., can I fit a sheet cake in it, etc?

- Answer You should easily fit a full sheet cake in it. At it's shallowest area on the shelves you have 32.75" wide by 17" deep. The center back area is slightly rounded inward losing maybe an inch or so in the center of the back which is why I say "at it's shallowest". It's pretty good sized and the shelves are all adjustable so height should not be an issue either.

- Answer Contact company you bought it from and if it's beyond initial warranty start calling Samsung. they have problems with this model and I would push them to fix or replace

QuestionWith the right door open at 90 degrees (right angle) how wide is it including the door at the top? This unit will be against a wall on the right side. I do not care id the door opens more that 90 degrees (right angle)

- Answer There needs to be 2 inches between the back of the refrigerator and the wall and 3.75 inches between the refrigerator and the wall to allow the doors to swing open.
