“Where is the ice bucket on the RF28HMEDBWW and how do I remove it for cleaning? The manual that came with the fridge mentions removing and washing the ice bucket but it's not intuitively obvious how one does this and the manual doesn't say.”

It is in the top left corner of the fridge (the white box). There is a button underneath in the front that releases the bucket and then it slides out.

To remove the bucket for cleaning or to dump the contents into another container, lift the front edge of the dispenser up, then pull it out toward you. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On ours, the ice bucket is in the upper left corner of the fridge. Reach under the bottom of the ice maker and there is a lever you push up, then pull out the ice bucket assembly.
