“Does the water dispenser have a light? Also, does it come with a water tank inside?”

• It does not have a light. One of my complaints. Our water is hooked to a water line that runs behind the fridge to the sink.

• No light …not sure what you mean by “water tank”? But it needs periodic filter replacement and a water line connection for water dispenser/ice maker.
