“How do I remove the glass shelves to clean up after a spill. I have tried everything to clean it up but cannot get under the glass, the part that is visible above the water filter.and I can cleary see it and it's going to be disgusting soon. PLEASE HELP!”

If you remove the bins you should see small tabs toward the front of the filter just under the glass. If you squeeze them you should be able to lift eh glass while leaving the filter in place.
