- Answer Yes, I have the same problem. Service man came and showed me that you lift up the bin and then pull out. Don’t just pull forward. Still VERY hard to do.

QuestionIs the drawer of the FlexZone suppose to have a larger gap on the left front side than the right front side? The right side the drawer meets the refrigerator but on the left there's about 2" gap. Is there an easy fix?

- Answer These are very deep hinge covers, 6.5 inches. This can cause problems, you need a full 70" of height to install, 72 inches if you floor is not perfectly level. You either have to cut the cabinet or return the fridge for a different model if you don't have at least 70 inches at the front of the fridge.
