- Answer No you don't and Amazon has them cheaper. I wouldn't buy this fridge at all..mine went out after 6 months and it's been 3 weeks tomorrow with no fridge. Service guy will be out next week with a total of 4 weeks with no fridge

- Answer the filter is located on the bottom between the two crisper drawers. It turns 90 degrees CCW to unlock/remove and 90 degrees CW to lock/install.

- Answer I do not have a removable tray or compartment on the inside of the freezer door. I have a sliding tray above the bottom of the freezer that slides out when needed.

QuestionI just purchased and installed this today, is there any way to prevent the water dispenser from dripping water when it is not being used? If left for about 20 minutes the water fills up the tray and starts running down the front of the door.

- Answer you have air in the system, you'll have to run the water long enough to purge it. this usually happens when you change the filter or disconnected the water supply .

QuestionHow deep is the fridge with the doors off? I only have 31'' of clearance to get into my house so I'd rather not have the delivery guys get here and find out the fridge won't fit

QuestionIs there some trick to getting the control panel to work? No matter what I push nothing changes. I don't have ice yet...CP shows Ice Maker on, but when I push it nothing changes. I've had refrigerator about 5 hours, no ice even though it says on.

- Answer It will adjust itself. Some of the settings have 3 second delay so you have to hold on the settings for 3 seconds. It takes almost 6 to12 hours for ice maker to start working . Just need to be patient. Hope this helps.

- Answer Absolutely, DW! If your home has a built in water filtration system, and you do not wish to use the refrigerator's water filter, simply remove the water filter. The housing for the filter has a valve that closes automatically to prevent leaks if the filter is removed. ^Jecca
