A:AnswerHi there! Thank you so much for asking about this. Different parts of the refrigerator may cycle on and off, while others may remain on. This link (https://bit.ly/2X1m8Sn) has some great information on what causes the different operational sounds you may hear. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI have had three of these fridges installed in my home in the last two months. This fridge ONLY makes crushed ice. Even on the "cubed" setting. Do NOT buy this fridge.
A:AnswerGreat question! Because of the way the lights are built into the refrigerator, we would recommend using an authorized servicer to replace any bulbs. It is important to note that the bulbs used in this refrigerator are designed to last the lifetime of the refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question, McKitty! This model is listed as having 3 fixed shelves, and 3 adjustable shelves. It also features a slid-in and foldable shelf as well. ^Jecca
A:AnswerThanks so much for asking, Imad! This model features a water and ice dispenser in the door. However, the refrigerator will need to be connected to the home's water supply in order for this dispenser to function. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi Sheila! I can actually help with your current model's issues. It sounds like the refrigerator may need to be levelled again. Over time the unit can slowly shift and become unlevel. This causes water and condensation to form and sometimes freeze into a sheet of ice. This link (https://bit.ly/2XzyNvV) can walk you through how to level your refrigerator. ^Jecca
A:AnswerIt sure does, sboaten! In fact, this model offers two different ways to lock the dispenser. On the actual dispenser, you can press and hold the "Water" button for 3 seconds. And on the control panel located inside the refrigerator holding the "Water/Ice" button for 3 seconds will lock/unlock the dispenser. When the dispenser is locked, the buttons on the dispenser will not activate, and pressing the lever will not dispense anything. ^Jecca
A:AnswerInteresting question, chana! The interior lights of the refrigerator do not have a manual switch. They will automatically turn on when the door is opened, and turn off when it is shut. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm so glad you asked! This link (https://bit.ly/3mTxu59) will take you to the user manual for this model. Page 19 has in depth diagrams showing all the spacing dimensions you'll need, including with the doors and drawer open. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question, RMcGregor! Because of the way the ice makers are built into the frame of the refrigerator during production, they cannot be added or removed after purchase. ^Jecca

A:AnswerYou are correct! This model does have a foldable shelf in the top left corner of the refrigerator section, next to the ice maker. Page 62 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3DmzCZa) has instructions on how to use the foldable shelf. ^Jecca
