“What is the difference between this model RF29A9671SR and similar RF29A9071SR ?”

The 9671SR has a door within the door on the upper left so that you can open it just to get the pitcher out or use the water dispenser to fill a single glass. The 9071SR does not. You have to open the entire door to get to the pitcher and the water dispenser is not as accessible.
