The water pitcher is self filling, works great. The ice maker trays are always filled up so I turn off sometimes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm happy to help with this, Blappy! The AutoFill Pitcher actually has the option to set it to fill automatically or be turned off. The ice maker is designed to pause ice production when the bucket is full, and automatically restart when some ice has been removed. However, the ice maker can also be turned off manually using the control panel. ^Jecca
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The water pitcher is self filling but you need to make sure the option is on. I have not needed to turn my ice makers off. They seem to know when the bins are full. The easiest way to control the fridge is with the smart things app.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The pitcher is auto filling. It senses that it needs water and refills. The icemaker will not over make ice. It stops.
