The installation manual for Model RF29A9671 doesn't show Min/Max adjusted height, but 70 3/4 may be the minimum height overall. Mine was installed at 70 5/8.

The height of the refrigerator without hinges is 70 3/4 inches. The height of the refrigerator with hinges is 71 7/8 inches.
