What is the wifi for in this fridge? null

It allows you to control your frig from your phone app. It really doesn’t do anything else. You can change temp, turn on/off ice maker, change flex zone mode that’s about it.

I will admit when I bought this fridge, I was like "why does a fridge need wifi? That is dumb!" I was wrong. I'm glad it does. It lets you control things from your phone. You can change the zones. It alerts if the door is left open, which happens easily. I have to say that the ability to change the zone of the bottom right section is a game changer. My produce lasts so much longer!!
