Hi Ginny, Great question. We appreciate your inquiry if the fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser. Yes, the unit comes with two ice makers, and water pitcher that can be automatically filled with water, and a separate water dispenser. Have a great day. ^Charles

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it actually has two different size ice sizes and it also has two water dispensers, one fills a pitcher that remains in the refrigerator and there is also a water dispenser for filling a glass. Love this refrigerator!
