“When connected to phone via Bluetooth, are their any adjustments required to the tv audio?”

• You should be fine but check the tv settings under audio to be sure the soundbar is the source of sound and not the tv itself. When I use wifi I occasionally need to check that on my Samsung TV. YMMV with a different tv manufacturer or not smart tv.

• none. There is setting function on the remote of the soundbar so you can tweak it a bit based on your preference, but once connected to bluetooth it should operate seamlessly.
