QuestionWill a rear kit speakers model swa-8000 work with this sound bar?

- Answer This soundbar - HW Q70T does not have speakers. Our speakers were removed. A woofer is in the corner of the room. The soundbar is reported to send sound towards the ceiling to reflect back to us.

- Answer Hi PRux! You can stream music from your tablet to your HW-Q70T Soundbar via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connectivity, as the soundbar supports both wireless functions. You can also download the SmartThings app on your tablet, and stream your audio files to your soundbar via SmartThings. ^Gina

QuestionCan anyone give advice on settings for a q80T 55" and q70t soundbar setup? Dialog is muffled in surround and adaptive modes. Center speaker seems like it is not even working and all voice sound comes from a base out of the left speaker.

The Samsung HW-Q70T Soundbar can be connected to your 7250 TV via digital optical cable (not included with soundbar). 1) With the TV and Soundbar turned off, connect the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port on the Soundbar and the OPTICAL output port on the TV with the optical cable (not supplied). 2) Turn on the Soundbar and TV. 3) Press the (Source) button on the top panel or remote control, and then select the “D.IN” mode. 4) The TV sound is output from the Soundbar. ^Patty

- Answer Unsure what you have for a TV? I bought mine shortly after buying a new top end flat screen and I like it but I am still trying to learn the system and I am not happy with the subwoofer. Doesn't seem to put out the audio or bass that I was expecting. The remote is also hard to get use too. Like I said its all new to me and that's why I have downloaded the entire manual.

QuestionEvery once in a while the sound bar makes a kind of "chirping" sound that is very annoying. This happens in the middle of a show. The audio also cuts out every so often. The firmware is up to date.

QuestionThis summer I purchased the 55” Q60T TV (Model: QN55Q60TAFXZA). I’ve been wanting to purchase a sound bar for a more immersive experience for movie watching & music playing. Is this a good option? What features would not be compatible with my TV?

- Answer Definitely yes. My demo movie has so far been Top Gun, and the sub-woofer really enhances the jet engine roar. Some newer movie should sound even better.

- Answer Hi there, I'm sorry you are having an issue. The soundbar should identify a Dolby signal coming from the TV via HDMI ARC. I would recommend contacting the Samsung Support center and they can work step by step with you to try to correct this issue. QuestionI purchased the Q80T tv and the Q70T sound bar. Hooked them up using the Earc cable. Sound doesn't not sync with the picture. You can see lips move just prior to the sound kicking in. It is very annoying to watch. Why could this be happening.

- Answer I had similar issue, worked it out with Samsung help. You can try rebooting the SB by pressing the + and - volume button on the top of the SB for 10 seconds. You will see "INTI" on the window (right front) of the SB. Once you see this turn it off and restart TV and SB again.

QuestionI’ve been using the soundbar successfully for 2 weeks now and suddenly, it no longer works. I connected via HDMI ARC without issue. But now, it only plays the tv speaker and even displays “TV SPEAKER” on the unit. Tried other inputs, but no luck. Help!

- Answer Try re-botting the SB by pressing the + and - volume buttons on the top of the SB until you see "INT" on the front window (right side of SB). Power down completely and turn TV and SB on again. Should do the trick for you.
