I recently purchase the K850 and can not get the volume to exceed 49 for a max ? I have it attached to a Samsung UHDTV 9000. How can I get the max to 100 like in the store ? null

Download the Samsung multiroom app from play store and connect your sound bar to the app. Then download the new Samsung firmware in the update section of the app. You will get 100 volume and DTS5.1 audio function.

Press the up arrow on the sound bar remote for 5 seconds and it will enable the wifi setting to pair the app and the soundbar together. Youll have to wait for the push to sync function to fail first for the wifi set up. You can use either sound bar pairing mode.

I had to do an update via WiFi when I first brought it home. I am not sure what all the update does to the unit but it allowed my volume to go to 100 instead of 50.

Plug your dvd player directly into the sound bar for Dolby atmos to work.....use your tv arc to the sound bar and the hdmi1 from the sound bar to your dvd player
