QuestionCan you pair this to BT headphones to listen to music or watch TV?

- Answer A speaker bar is an output. Headphones are also an output. If the TV is the input, the bluetooth device needs to be the output. Unfortunately, I don't believe headphones can be paired to this speaker, as that would be two outputs connected, with no source.

QuestionSo this soundbar has been amazing for the first month. Then randomly last night all the sound had a small amount of static and the spoken audio had a "smurf" like sound to their voice. This happens regardless of the input I'm using..

- Answer Unpair your iPhone / disconnect it from Bluetooth, and pair this with your iPad. Unfortunately, not all Bluetooth devices connect with multiple devices.

QuestionHey so I bought this with the two rear speakers. The soundbar and sub is connected and sounds great to the tv but having trouble connecting the 2 speakers. The soundbar says Wifi Ready and both the speakers said the same thing with blinking white dot.

- Answer Rear speakers do not work with this model, if you want something of that sort you could can buy an of Samsung's Radiant 360 speakers.

QuestionCan I connect television to soundbar using HDMI ARC, and simultaneously connect an Onkyo CD player to soundbar using optical audio input? Would i then be able to listen to CDs or television without having to unplug any cables?

- Answer You can connect and have surround sound for tv. I had a lot of trouble with the radiant speakers and the sound bars connectivity. They cut out all the time. I ended up returning them.

QuestionI bough this about a month ago. I want to stream music from my phone. The BT connection sucks and the multi room app says I need to have a button to connect that I cant find on my soundbar at all. How do I connect to the app? im ready to return it.

- Answer There is a button on the bottom of the soundbar that you need to push if you want to connect the speaker via wi-fi (not Bluetooth) or add other speakers to the Samsung Multiroom App. One button is marked "Wi-Fi Setup" which you press to set the soundbar up on Wi-Fi. The second button is marked "Spk Add" to add speakers. Please refer to page 9 of the User Manual

QuestionI’m running direct tv and Netflix. I’m not getting Dolby Atmos no blue lights coming on anywhere on this soundbar. Not getting the sound I heard in store. Also it keeps shutting off for no reason. Samsung hw-k850 returned once worst $800 dollars spent !!!

QuestionI bought this and can't tell when/if ATMOS is on. I thought I read that the display in the front should say ATMOS when it determines a movie with atmos signal. I rented "Fantastic Beasts" as that's one title that specifically says it has ATMOS s/track

- Answer You have to have the bluray player actually plugged into the speaker itself. When Atmos switches on the display on the speaker will say Atmos and there'll be a blue light on the right hand side.
