“I cannot get sound to come out of the sub woofer. I have a smart tv and the sound bar does put out sound. How do I get the sub woofer to work?”

• 1. Make sure the color coded side speakers are hooked up. 2.Make sure woofer is plugged in , light should be a blinking blue light. 3. Turn off your soundbar, grab the remote and hold down the volume button until ID SET appears, turn on the soundbar and you should be all set. 4. Make sure blinking blue light is now solid, & that there is sound coming out of the speakers. 5. if you’d side speakers sounds too low, go to the settings on your sound bar and turn the rear level up to maximum +6
